Jusqu'au remplacement du CEO de longue date, Loesch Verpackungstechnik (LOESCHPACK) a évolué pendant très longtemps dans un contexte relativement stable. Ce fait se reflétait également dans la culture de direction et d'organisation ainsi que dans l'attitude de l'équipe de direction.
Avec l'arrivée d'un nouveau CEO, LOESCHPACK a eu la possibilité de se développer. La nouvelle direction s'est fixée pour objectif de préparer l'entreprise à l'avenir et de l'adapter aux exigences globales et dynamiques. Z-PUNKT CONSULTING a été chargé d'amorcer le développement nécessaire en introduisant de nouveaux modes de pensée et de comportement.

EXPERTISE, PRESTATIONS ET MÉTHODES

  • L'objectif principal était d'aider LOESCHPACK à devenir plus apte au changement et à l'adaptation dans un marché mondialisé, tant sur le plan structurel que personnel.
  • Pour ce faire, il était nécessaire de modifier en profondeur les schémas de pensées et de comportements des personnes clés au niveau du top management.
  • Grâce à des activités classiques de gestion du changement et aux Best Practices établies dans le domaine de la formation de Z-PUNKT CONSULTING, il a été possible d'induire un changement dans l'état d'esprit des personnes clés de l'équipe de direction de LOESCHPACK.
  • Afin d'ancrer durablement la culture du changement, Z-PUNKT CONSULTING a accompagné l'équipe de direction de LOESCHPACK dans divers ateliers et formations pendant plusieurs années.
