BACKGROUND
Loesch Verpackungstechnik (LOESCHPACK) had operated in a more or less stable manner for a very long time - right up until the time came to replace their long-standing CEO, that is. This prevailing status quo was also reflected in the leadership and organizational culture as well as the mindset of the management team.
Even so, LOESCHPACK saw replacing the CEO as its opportunity to grow. The new management set itself the goal of future-proofing the company and adapting it to meet global, dynamic requirements. It commissioned Z-PUNKT CONSULTING to start the process by encouraging a rethink of mindset and conduct.
EXPERTISE, SERVICES AND METHODS.
- The top priority was to make LOESCHPACK more adaptable and flexible in a globalized market, in terms of both its structure and workforce.
- Doing so would require far-reaching changes in the mindset and actions of key C-list personnel.
- Using classic change management activities and established best practices from the Z-PUNKT CONSULTING training repertoire helped encourage the key members of the LOESCHPACK management team to rethink their approach.
- Subsequently, to ensure the change culture would remain sustainably in place, Z-PUNKT CONSULTING accompanied the LOESCHPACK management team in various workshops and training sessions held over several years.
