En tant qu'entreprise mondiale avec de nombreuses différences et défis régionaux - culturels et structurels - l'équipe de direction avait besoin d'une compréhension et d'une vue d'ensemble communes de la "big picture" et de l'avancement des objectifs stratégiques communs. C'est pourquoi, à partir de 2015, la "forme" de l'organisation a été mesurée et visualisée deux fois par an à l'aide de l'outil de suivi de l'organisation de Z-PUNKT CONSULTING. Les résultats ont servi de base à un atelier de direction annuel avec l'équipe de direction globale.
