HINTERGRUND

Als globales Unternehmen mit vielen regionalen Unterschieden und Herausforderungen – kulturell und strukturell - benötigte das Führungsteam ein gemeinsames Verständnis und einen gemeinsamen Überblick über das Big Picture und den Fortschritt der gemeinsamen strategischen Zielsetzungen. Ab 2015 wurde deswegen mittels dem Organisations-Monitoring Tool von Z-PUNKT CONSULTING 2-mal p.a. die „Fitness“ der Organisation gemessen und visualisiert. Die Ergebnisse dienten als Basis für einen jährlichen Führungs-Workshop mit dem globalen Führungsteam.
