As a global company, faced with numerous regional differences and challenges, both culturally and structurally, the leadership team had to have a shared understanding and big-picture overview to progress toward common strategic objectives. Accordingly, from 2015 onward, the “fitness” of the organization was measured and visualized twice-yearly using the Organization Monitoring Tool from Z-PUNKT CONSULTING. The results then underpinned an annual leadership workshop with the global leadership team.
