Le service de gestion immobilière de la ville de Zurich (IMMO Stadt Zürich) a été confronté à un ensemble complexe de projets, à de nombreuses interdépendances et à des interfaces exigeantes. IMMO Stadt Zürich a fait appel aux services de Z-PUNKT CONSULTING afin d'obtenir une vue d'ensemble de la situation interdépendante des projets et de mettre en place des mesures qui devaient finalement conduire à la conclusion réussie des divers projets informatiques et de réorganisation.

La tâche principale consistait à mettre en évidence les risques de projet et les points bloquants potentiels grâce à des analyses détaillées des différents projets et à proposer des contre-mesures réalisables.
L'analyse de la structure organisationnelle générale d'IMMO Stadt Zürich y était liée. L'analyse de « changeablity » correspondante a montré quelles mesures organisationnelles pouvaient favoriser le déroulement des projets en termes de temps et de budget.
Dans le cadre du lancement d'un grand projet informatique, Z-PUNKT CONSULTING a aidé IMMO Stadt Zürich à recruter des chefs de projet et à préparer la relance.
Tout a commencé par l'examen et l'évaluation de divers grands projets en cours en termes de vision, de cadrage, de structure, d'effectifs, de planification et de budget ainsi que de méthodologie. Cela a permis d'identifier les principales interfaces, les synergies possibles et les points faibles.
Réalisation de diverses analyses et enquêtes dans le domaine de l'organisation et du changement avec environ 40 participants internes à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques. Ces résultats ont montré dans quelle mesure les projets et l'organisation étaient coordonnés et où il était nécessaire d'agir pour soutenir les projets.
Les résultats ont été complétés par des recommandations d'action détaillées. Un projet a été réorganisé et relancé avec le soutien de Z-PUNKT CONSULTING.
Tous les projets concernés d'IMMO Stadt Zürich ont pu être achevés avec succès.
